Cupertino Mock Trial

Mock Trial is Cupertino High School's only law-based club. Similar to "Suits" or "Legally Blonde," our members take on the roles of attorneys and witnesses to present a criminal case. As a member, you'll have the chance to improve your public speaking skills, practice critical thinking, and be part of a supportive community. Our season runs from September to February and culminates in competitions, where we perform trials in real courtrooms in front of real judges and attorneys. Mock Trial is perfect for students interested in law, looking to grow as public speakers, or looking to belong to a tight-knit team (and family)!
