TEDx Tino

TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) is a globally recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to spreading ideas through short, powerful talks. TED Talks cover a wide range of topics, including science, innovation, leadership, and personal growth, featuring influential speakers such as scientists, entrepreneurs, and activists. While TED hosts large-scale global conferences, TEDx events are smaller, locally run gatherings that follow TED’s mission of sharing ideas.

TEDx Tino is an independently organized, student-led club that brings the globally recognized TEDx experience to Cupertino High School. As part of the TEDx network, it is designed to help students develop public speaking, storytelling, and idea-sharing skills that foster both personal and intellectual growth. TEDx Tino provides real-world applications of communication and presentation, offers members opportunities to speak on a global platform, participate in thought-provoking discussions, and engage in year-long impact projects. Through these experiences, TEDx Tino empowers students to share their ideas, inspire their peers, and contribute to meaningful conversations.
