Women's Empowerment Association

Last modified: 1 year, 6 months ago

Edit

The Women’s Empowerment Association is a feminist club that aims to empower misogyny-affected members to advocate for themselves and others through a variety of means. This includes advocacy workshops, global education, civic engagement, guest speakers, and open discussion. We strive to create change at CHS and beyond by promoting gender equality, intersectional activism, and a safer campus community. WEA believes that feminism cannot be truly intersectional unless we support all misogyny-affected individuals, regardless of age, race, disability, religion and other socioeconomic factors. WEA is a no-commitment club open to all students regardless of gender.
